Walked into buy a simple jug of washer fluid. The guy behind the counter was assisting another customer with a complex lighting issue. However he did not even acknowledge my presence nor call the gal that was behind the while getting ready to go. It wasn't so much the fact that they may have been short-handed or whatever, it's the fact that I was not even acknowledged that bothers me the most. Too bad, the store used to be really good. Oh, I set the jug back on the display and walked out after waiting another 5 minutes.

Every time I go in this location, there's always long lines with other customers in the back of the line telling me they've been waiting for 20+ mins. Managers seem to disappear everytime they're needed by the staff. Last time I went here, manager stood in the middle of the one available parking space staring at me like I had 3 heads and refused to move. Never coming to this location again. The newer one on pac hwy near 348th St is much better.

The staff here is super nice! They go above and beyond to help their customers out. the prices are kind of high on Auto parts though so I'm going to do an alternative method and clean my EGR valve instead of replacing it.

Sadly there is no option to give 0 stars. Came today to replace my lights and I believe her name is Shyra wasn’t helpful a lot. In a middle of our conversation she answered the phone without saying anything and helped the person who called and only after that she continued helping me. Disappointed at this point, I was able to hear the personal information of this calling person and the conversation, it should never happen . As a customer I wish no one can hear my personal information when I’m calling them. Anyways, she didn’t really wanted to help me , and other two mans in a store either. One said he doesn’t know how to put lights on , which is fine , I understand not all of the workers are trained on doing that. The other guy she didn’t even ask. So I continued asking her to help me but all I was getting that she cannot do that. Than I ask her who can than , and she said the pm worker will be there soon and he will be able to replace . Cool , waiting two hr and coming in again , I see Shyra and she said the other guy wouldn’t be able to help me because he refused to go outside. When I asked for the reason “ he doesn’t want to go outside because of the smoke “ wait whattt ???!!!! Seriously ??!!! No paper been posted that workers can refuse to go outside. So disappointed on customer service, spend around 2.5 hr for no thing and after that I asked Shyra tp let me speak to supervisor or the manager, she said there’s no one there , they will be back tomorrow. I walked outside and tried to call them , she answered the phone and again asked to speak with supervisor or manager , her answer was “ Im the manager “ hmm got promoted in less that 15 seconds??!!! Definitely no trust to this location no more . Never gonna be back . This situation crossed the 5 years of good experience with the store . And one person messed up everything. By making me a 7 month pregnant woman waiting to refuse me the service which is her job !!! Adter this store I had to spend another 40 min in traffic driving to another store , and a person who helped me there took like less than 10 min. to complete the work .

It sounds like you need to figure out either or not it is in fact the battery that's bad and not the alternator, fuses and/or cables first. An FYI- When you purchase a battery there is something called a core charge. It's basically a disposal fee. So you're going to need to bring your non-changing battery with you to the parts store, or will be used as your core. If not they will charged you a core fee, which is refundable to you upon the return of your old battery. The same goes for the alternator as well. I hope this helps.
