One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Ever. First room we were given smelled horrible, like cat urine. Carpeted floor was dank and sticky. The front desk was staffed by the only saving grace of the hotel, a young woman whose name I forget. She quickly found another room for us, and gave us an additional pillow. The SECOND room also smelled terrible, this time like cigarettes, despite the multitude of no smoking signs. The floor was still damp and sticky. The sheets were stained and had hair in them. The coffee machine had old used coffee in it still, and the trash was full from the previous tenant. Lastly, there were old dog toys and garbage under the bed, which we discovered when our own dogs wouldn't stop trying to get under the bed. It was late and we were exhausted after driving 9 hours that day. The young woman at the desk provided clean sheets, and we had a rough, smelly, uncomfortable night's sleep. Our initial reservation was for 2 nights, but at breakfast this morning we booked another hotel for tonight. Of course the money we paid to Baymont is just gone though, sunset they have a no refund policy. Don't stay here. Seriously.

Everyone, please listen to me when I say this hotel is perfect. The decor is fresh and up to date. All of the staff is so accommodating and welcoming. Shay constantly goes above and beyond to make your stay cozy and warm. She smiles a lot and is easy to talk to or to request things from. She personally took my family and I from room to room to help us find one that worked well with our family. She has done so many other things beyond this for us. The manager and all the staff are always friendly and make sure your noticed and well taken-cared of. The hotel is always clean and quiet. They are always well-stocked. This hotel is in a perfect spot as it sits on hill over looking to city. The outdoor area is beautiful from the flowers and decor to the cleanliness and space it has. My family and I have never encountered any issues from anyone hear.I can’t say enough about this hotel. I used the gym facilities pretty often and it’s always clean and neat. The elevators always smell like they have been freshly mopped. There is never any debris or trash in the hallways or on the floor. My review for this place is real and I am a real guest who has stayed here on many occasions.

The hotel itself is clean and nice rooms for the price. What really blew away was the staff here. Colleen at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The most professional front desk clerk I've ever checked in with. She explains everything and is willing to go above and beyond for the guest. Every hotel employee around the world should strive to be like Colleen.

Do. Not. Stay. Here. First off, the rooms were gross and several places looked as if they were not cleaned when the cleaners came around. There were stains on the bed, dents in the wall. But the worst, my main main reason, was we brought home bed bugs. I’m so paranoid about bed bugs and checked, but despite our efforts we’ve found one bug and several bites and have reason to believe there are more. That is disgusting, revolting even. This hotel appears to be nice, but it is completely a lie. Disgusting.
