Kept me waiting 30 minutes to sign a signature card after I made an appointment! Why bother making an appointment? Signing the card took five minutes. Nobody seemed able to take action until someone from my organization called and complained. The funny thing, is they were bugging us to sign within 10 days, but when I actually went to do it, they kept me waiting. I can't imagine keeping my personal funds here. I would never use this bank and especially this branch under any circumstances.

Worst branch of all branches of any bank I've ever been too. I bank with MANY different banks and have used hundreds of branch locations across the world and this one is the worst of them all.
