I am sad that I have to write this review. I worked for CAS/CLM twice now. The first time I worked for them(2018), they were an amazing company and you genuinely felt like the company cared about you and you were part of a family. When I worked there from March to end of June in 2022 the company has totally changed its views and no longer cared for its staff. When i left in June, i was supposed to receive a pay increase for not partaking in insurance on my last check.. The didnt pay me for my this or for my PTO. Every time I reached out(to payroll, hr, or others in management) I was sent to voicemail and my calls were never returned. I had to call in constantly and beg for my hard earned money. It is now August 1st and I still am owed money. I am not the only staff member they have shorted on pay upon exiting the company. They were aware that I was having surgery shortly after I left and that this money was going to pay my bills. They claim to be a Lutheran Christian company, yet dont show Christian values anymore. This is just one of the multiple negative things I had to deal with while there.. I do not recommend working for this company.

I spent about thirty days here about 16 months ago Now here for 10 days The best rehab facility I have ever been to Last time they did a lot of anti biotics administration for me Really good staff and really nice rooms!

I had a loved one here and was so disappointed with care. The staff are overwhelmed, the administration is missing and the nurses look depressed. I would not recommend this place for your loved one. There’s a lot of nice nursing homes in the area that are a better choice.
