Had a stunningly bizarre experience with NP Cheryl. She interrupts after asking questions; she does not listen. She jumps to conclusions and makes false assumptions. She's condescending, argumentative, arrogant, and very impressed with her own credentials which she touts at the most irrelevant and inappropriate of times. This person is a true horror of a practitioner and should not be in a position to care for human beings in any capacity, especially the sick.

Inefficient/understaffed. More than once I have had to wait over an hour for a appointment. It's also nearly impossible to get someone on the phone or have them return a phone call during business hours. It's unfortunate because if your willing to deal with both of those things the staff is friendly but the service isn't conducive if you are busy and looking to get a quick appointment in.

Glinda Cars

NP Cheryl made numerous unprofessional remarks, in reference to stretch marks after having disordered eating problems, “I can tell you were chubby”. “I had a friend with BPD, she cuts herself”. In reference to hair style, “must be nice sleeping on sandpaper pillows”. And many more. This woman has no bedside manner whatsoever and should not be allowed to work with patients. I made this review previously and it has since been removed.
