Doctors are very nice & they LISTEN!!! New to the area & needed a local pediatrician & I can say I'm very pleased with my choice. We never had to wait more than 10 mins. Everything went smoothly & they went above and beyond for us to take care of all our concerns.

A new member here, got back to our house from 9 years after being overseas for so long. A retired military family. Reason my husband picked here is because its closer, and because my medication was accidentally packed with our household goods coming back here from Japan, so we had to see a physician to prescribe my medication. So far I’ve been seen at least 3 times, I’ve called numerous of times no body picks up even left message, so frustrated phone keeps ringing but no pickup to straightened this issue. A claim bill of one of the claims, we send a check of this bill on July 12 2022. When it first arrived I called asking to explain what’s the bill is all about she explained its the total of all the fees. Some of where I was send to was Onslow Memorial hospital Inc, but some was okay it shows except this particular one. I wish it explained all different bills so I understand instead of adding all of it and just put down the total of $118.46. Because when I visited each time they asked for a copay and I gave them a card to pay. So far I checked on Humana military about all the claims fee, and this fee was paid by check on July dated above but still shows that I owe. Even though our bank statement shows it been cash already or its been received. I need to speak to someone to clear this out since it shows that its been cash already. Also I’m wondering Why the physician I’ve been seeing here has his name on all the Claims in JCMC but on the “Referrals and Authorizations “ is ?. on Humana its shows that “No referrals or Authorization found. On the form claim of the bill it had JCMC letter head on it, so we mail it back with a Cheque of $118.46. Hope someone read this and call me ASAP. Cause I’m tired of calling and keep waiting for someone to pick up. I had to cancel my July 20 appt so hopefully they wont charge me of not turning up because I called to cancel. Thank You for your Royal service even though although. I miss Doctors that I’ve seen Off Base and ON Base while station in Japan, and all the receptions and faculty members in all clinic as they were so loyal to the Patients.
