Ordered topsoil from these folks, we had moved into a new construction and had little to no grass. Everyone said you need topsoil. I called up these folks and they swore by their topsoil being filtered and the good stuff. —-we’ll be advised it’s more like composted mulch than dirt, also it has rocks in it. If it rains it will wash away easily. Also, we sent some off to be tested. It came back malnourished, there was next to nothing in it conducive to being fertile. They also charge $50 for delivery, even if you’re 5 minutes away like me.
