Nice, friendly staff. Bench inside to sit on. They held the heavy front door open for me and were very accommodating of my walker. My friend had some gold to sell and was given a higher payout than normal, since some of the jewelry was purchased from the Fresno Coin Gallery Showroom on Blackstone. They pay more when you sell your gold to them than they would when you are just loaning or pawning it. The business had only a few people inside. It was not crowded at all. Waiting time was minimal for a front counter window. The only time-consuming task was locating the original order from their records. Examining, weighing, and testing the quality of the gold did not take as long as I thought it would. We were in there at most 20-25 minutes. If I ever have any gold of my own to sell, I will come here first.

Well today I went into this place with all the scrap jewelry I had. To get money for gas to take my 16 year old son to school. I had platinum.and 10k gold with silver and precious gemstone 2 3 chains one was broken but vintage and a vintage ring missing some diamonds she gave me 10$ without a receipt nothing to show what I had just sold her. I'm 44 years old born and raised in Fresno County makes my stomach turn knowing we have people in our Communities that do us in such a manner in time of need

No sign posted that says pay only cash, but they Conveniently have a ATM machine of course this is an extra charge. Total rip off.
