We were given a room the WREAKED of smoke,it had a broken lamp,and slimy stuff on 2 different surfaces (desk and bed side table). The phone wasn't even hooked up and when I hooked it up,it didn't work and was all sticky and gross!!The bathroom stunk and the tub was clearly dirty. The carpet had stuff laying on it in 2 spots. So we turned around and went to the deal. The same lady that checked us in asks "you didn't use the room did you?" Ummm,we were JUST in the office 3 minutes ago! So they gave us a new room,and this was a LITTLE better,but STILL smelled of smoke. I explained the first time I am highly asthmatic. I cannot be in rooms that have had smoke in them. There was again slimy stuff on the surfaces so I'm guessing it's whatever they're using to clean with. There was webs in the corners,a cobweb hanging in the bathroom. There was a gross ring around the bathtub. 3 burn Mark's on the sheets and 1 on the comforter. There were unpatched holes all over the room in the walls. The toilet seat was so loose we had to brace ourselves so we didn't fall just sitting there. The pool was not just closed but such an ugly eyesore! We attempted to sleep some time close to midnight and a car alarm starts going off. It kept going off and on repeatedly. We finally called the desk around 3am. The desk person said there's nothing they could do. Really?? Calling the cops is too hard? So WE called the cops. It took another 2 hours for anything to really make it stop. By now we were so angry and tired!! Plus our air conditioner was not really working well,so we were too warm to sleep comfortably. We called at 6am and asked for a late check out. They said yes. So tell me why at 10:50 someone banged on our door!!!! Uh hello? Communication with staff helps a lot! We explained everything to the lady,she says ok no problem. 30 minutes later she comes back banging on our door. I opened the door and loudly went through all I have written here,and said please,I'm begging you,do not knock again!!!!!!! When we left later she was sitting next door on the bed having a drink.On our way in to the office,2 guys were on the 2nd floor smoking weed and the smell was so strong there was not any doubt,workers were walking all over saying nothing.Smh. They had the nerve to still charge FULL PRICE with barely an apology.I work with the public in a service position,and this is NOT the way to operate a hotel.Never ever stay here.

The room itself was nice and I appreciate that they have free wifi and cable. The issue I had with my room was the toilet only worked every other flush and the desk chair was broken, my fiance almost fell backwards out of I when he sat in it. Otherwise it was an okay stay. It wasn't loud and checking in didn't take long.

The staff went above and beyond with the customer service aspect of the hotel. I had run into several issues while staying here (none were the fault of the hotel, all my fault) and the manager and staff were very helpful, kind and understanding. It was refreshing since customer service isn’t always in the forefront with some companies. Our room definitely could use some updates (including a fist size hole in the wall) but the friendly staff and quiet atmosphere was very nice.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. For starters the hotel as a whole smelled of mildew and rot. After waiting in line for almost twenty-five minutes while the hostess checked in 2 people we finally get to room. It is almost 90°F when we walked in. It was so unbearably hot it was ridiculous. Turned the A/C on to cool the room off. It took almost 3 hours for the room to get even tolerable enough to sleep. Went to go run some cool water on my next because it is so hot and there were BUGS in the sink. I ran and got my phone took take this picture. Ran water to flush them down and the water was brown as dirt. Overall I’ll sleep in my car before sleeping in this hell hole of a hotel ever again.
