This place was utterly disgusting , I am in town from Chicago and me and my family was looking for a place to dine in at near the hotel so we stopped here the manager (a guy) was so very disrespectful I didn’t like my drink so I asked if I could get another one and he stuck his straw into my drink and tasted my drink and tried to give it back to me and told me he likes it so I should like it too and that he couldn’t get me another drink I was so stunned and baffled . The waitress was also very rude never came to check up on us never gave us waters didn’t want to take our orders also when we sat down we didn’t get serviced until 20-30 mins later . We were put out of the restaurant because we were honest about not liking our food I had the tinga tacos and the avocado that came on top of it was black and my sister and brothers food was very bland my brother had steak fajitas and they only gave 2 taco shells . I am very upset with our experience I am not one to try and pull the race card but that’s how we felt when we left 0/10 would not recommend

We sat at the bar arrived around 745 it was a long waiting process to get waited on. There seemed to only been 1 person running the bars which would explain the long delay on placing drink orders and food. It took 30 minutes before the food was done. Normally they don't take that long. I'll definitely go to another restaurant next time

I hate to leave this because their food is actually good, but I’ve had it. I always order the Arroz con pollo… it comes with guac & sour cream. They NEVER include the guac or sour cream in the order. I ALWAYS have to go back and ask. ALWAYS! It’s annoying & I’m fed up. I just let it go today because I’m too tired to have to ask. Well, today their bag broke spilling out all my food. Not their fault, but come on. Secure the bags better please & the lids weren’t even secure on the food. The salsa container is one thing, but the plastic top with aluminum bottom should have been properly closed. This is my last day eating with them. This wasn’t the first time my bag broke, but this is the first time all my food has spilled out. I’m over it. $17 down the drain. I’ll find another Mexican restaurant to frequent.

I came to Ohio to celebrate my friend's 30th birthday. She wanted to eat Mexican food for dinner, so we all went to this place for dinner. The food was very good, I could tell it's authentic Mexican food. They served us unlimited chips and salsa. The chips are so good, and the salsa even better. FYI the salsa is a bit spicy so for those that aren't into spices don't dip too much into the salsa. Six of us came, and our meals were served within 10 minutes of ordering. I ordered fried burrito and enchillada. My husband ordered a burrito bowl. They were all good. We told the waiters that it's my friend's birthday, and they surprised her with a song and free fried ice cream. This dessert is very specialy, there's actual corn flakes in the ice cream?!?! That's genius, it tasted so good! Overall, very good experience here!
