I tried to exchange an item I bought from them 2 weeks ago and buy a new battery for my car , I was told by the “assistant manager “ that he wouldn’t be able to help me . Although we didn’t have a receipt we did have a statement of the purchase, item description and location of the store we bought it from which was this store. I was told to come back to speak to the manager in the morning , my wife decided to try to return it since the information was on her phone and account under her name. Two regular associates, REGULAR associates, not assistant managers were able to find a way to return it. That “manager” has no business having that title if he can’t even figure out a simple exchange. Just plain lazy.

Call to get rotors from my jeep and they say said another store had them and i asked if they could call that store and put them on hold and i was told no and me to call them, horrible customer service

This place is a joke! My wife picked up oil and a filter last week. I found out they gave her the wrong filter after draining the oil. We went to get a return and Kai was the associate who helped us. He accused us of taking the receipt out of the trash and said the filter looked used because there was oil on the box and receipt. Obviously they have never been mid oil change with the wrong part in their hands. Best part was that Kai never took it out of the box, even when showing his co-workers to ask if it looked used. Lost our business for sure.
