Dr. Scheinost and his team were amazing. My procedure was quick, follow up care was great and the front desk ladies were very responsive with scheduling and questions answered.

Horrible wait, why make an appointment when apparently it's a common theme to wait OVER an hour to be seen (as gleaned from the other reviews sharing this experience). Meanwhile doctor is conversing with staff casually about miscellaneous news events. Time updates when staff were asked were "soon" multiple times. 60+ minutes past an appointment time is not "soon". People who come to you also have work, kids, other appointments you can not be taking an additional 60+ minutes, that is beyond disrespectful. Especially when there is no communication as to the exceptional delay. Walked right on out after waiting over an hour with no hard and fast estimate of remaining time to be seen. As a suggestion, if your appointments are typically taking more than an hour than you have planned for, start planning them for that additional hour.

Dr. Scheinost and his staff are AMAZING! My husband and I both have been seeing Dr. Scheinost for all our foot related issues for 10 years + and he always takes such great care to ensure we are healing correctly and taken good care of. I was referred to Dr. Scheinost by my family doctor due to a foot injury I suffered at work and he handled my recovery perfectly. My family doctor stated he was one of the best around and I totally agree!!! I also see him regularly now for custom-made orthotics because I am a runner and these custom orthotics are saving my feet and running career. If you need a great foot doctor that will ensure you are taken care of and healing in the best way, see this Doc!! I highly recommend!

MJ at the front desk is very nice and helpful when I’ve been able to get through on the phone. She helped me coordinate a test and navigate the insurance garbage to find a testing location that would work for me. And I’ve had a pleasant experience with the nurse I’ve seen on most of my visits. The reason for my 3 star rating is because I almost never get a call back when I leave a voicemail to schedule something or have a question. I went in for ingrown toenails in both feet and one of the procedures to remove and keep it from growing back didn’t work, so I’m currently suffering from one that has returned. When I was billed for the toenail procedures, I sent in a check in November. I received word from them that they had still not received payment in December, so I wrote another check and very specifically told them to make a note that a check had already been sent, so they needed to be careful not to deposit both if they both came through. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a record of the check number to cancel the original check. They deposited the new check immediately and then a couple months later they deposited the original check. It took another 2 or 3 months and several phone calls explaining the situation to different members of the staff before we finally got our $500 back. Not sure why they weren’t able to figure out that my account had been overpaid on their own. But the worst part is that Dr. Scheinost called and asked why he owed us money. This was after extensive explanation on our part and they should have had billing information that would have made it very clear that they deposited two checks for the same amount and my account had a balance that exactly matched the amount of the overpayment. It was a ridiculous experience. Other doctors and businesses that accidentally over bill for something or receive too much payment are able to figure it out on their own and return the funds in a timely manner. Not recommended.
