Dr. Grace was great. Office staff not so much. Received insoles that I specifically asked to fit Danskos. After coming back 3+ times for them to "fix" the insoles I was told they just won't fit in Danskos. Information I had asked before I bought them. The lady I was talking to seemed irritated that I was irritated. (This was not recent, just got around to reviewing)

Good doctor, but beware the admin staff! I had an appointment on my calendar marked for 8:30am. A couple days before I received an appointment reminder saying the appointment was at 8:45, so I figured I must have marked it down wrong. I showed up a couple minutes late (8:49) and said “I apologize I’m a little late” to which the admin responded “no, you’re a lot late! Your check-in was at 8:30.” So why does the reminder say 8:45, and no mention of a “check-in” 15 minutes before that? I have the email stating 8:45, took a screenshot of it so I can give them some feedback on the poor customer service. At any rate, I was rescheduled for another day and sent away. I considered switching doctors. The admin was clearly annoyed with me and let me know it, even though I was following the instructions from their own reminder email. Poor customer treatment.

I have been having trouble with my feet quite a bit so I made an appt with Dr. Grace. It went very well. He was thorough and explained everything very extensively. He spent more than adequate time with me and addressed all of my concerns and addressed all of my questions. Thank you Dr. Grace!!

Dr. Grace and his team are amazing! I had numerous feet, arch, and pain issues for years and had visited a couple of other podiatrists without success. Dr. Grace and his team took the time to listen and visit with me and truly address the problem, instead of just trying to put a “bandaid” on it. I felt like an individual patient who was important, instead of a number. I have recommended friends and family to go here for years and I will continue to do so. Family Foot Health Center and Dr. Grace actually solved my feet and ankle problems, made my life so much more comfortable and allowed me to remain active!
