Great store for shoes, terrible costumer service, employment opportunities pointless, no growth, terribly work quality harmful and passive-aggressive. Taught to hustle and grind, what is the point with working with others if they won’t work with you ? Communicating fairly is a waste of breathe and personally I wouldn’t blame those to act their wage, you don’t get paid enough to be blown off all the time and lack of accountability for others is the biggest problem in any retail location not just here. Treat your employees fairly. Best advisement for customers: 1. Ordering your shoes in store, during pick up fit yourself there and maybe exchange them or return them at pick up location. 2. In-store purchases and online orders or separate transactions. The system at the registers are terrible, they primarily shut down. ( understand all online order returns return to the first original payment, please use the same card with the last four digits unless it is returned or refunded manually through Visa) 3. If you’re looking for a particular shoe please present a visual. 4. If you’re looking for someone to help and provided attention on the floor “ GOOD LUCK”
