We waited a week for them to run the application a complete week ! And then they denied us because of our employment length And the fact we just moved to a new apartment . This place is horrible the customer service is off they lied and said they called my reference they didn’t call any of them !

We found out a year into our contract that we were actually paying on a different modeled love seat that cost more. The management didn't reduce our rental time since we paid more and only knocked $2-$3 off our payments for the remaining contract term. After our last piece of furniture is done we will not be renting.

stay away!!! Over priced merch mangers don’t care to work with good paying customers. If they could take your hole check they would. Don’t want to hear other bills come up. Term of agreements are to long. 18 months for a ps4 come on.

Very friendly staff who took the time to help us get the right furniture we wanted. Great customer service, quick response to any questions or problems, on time delivery, no complaints what so ever. Will definitely be going back for a few other items we had our eyes on.
