I can't recommend this hotel and its staff enough. From the moment we checked in they made sure to make our stay special. The hotel itself is in a great location just a short walk from the harbor and Little Italy. The rooftop bar is so fun and has an awesome view. The manager Jordan, the concierge and Above Ash staff are all the best around. Thank you. We will be back.

We stayed here for my best friend’s bachelorette and it was lovely, very modern, and up to date! Pool and jacuzzi were very nice and the rooftop bar had good drinks that you could use your resort fee towards. Jordan, one of the managers at the front desk, was incredibly kind and gave us great recommendations for food and drinks walking distance to the hotel and he helped coordinate a champagne toast for us to celebrate our bride to be. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway, and we had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and modern, and the Bayside view was wonderful; despite the construction. (They might want to add a construction noise disclaimer, as it’s going to be there awhile.) All of the staff we interacted with were very attentive and friendly, aside from the staff at Above Ash. The Watercolors Restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast. The Breakfast Sandwich is amazing! We went to the pool on a Saturday afternoon, and we were surprised by the lack of poolside service. I know May isn’t truly summer season, but the digital displays in the elevators advertised poolside service. We tried scanning the QR codes on the tables around the pool, but most of them are scratched and can’t be scanned. There was also no signage near or around the pool directing us elsewhere if we wanted food or beverages by the pool. The Carte was very upfront about their “Destination Fee” at check in. We are from Vegas, and we are very familiar with Resort Fees, but it is awesome that they apply the fee towards your food and beverage tab. That makes it bearable.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The location is SUPERB. The room is a nice size. The bathroom is big with Jack and Jill sinks. Modern room, bathroom and hotel. The rooftop restaurant (The Ash) is beautiful. They played nice music. A great ambiance and breathtaking view of the Seaport Pier. The desserts are delicious. Not too sweet for those who are watching their sugar intake. They always change their dessert menu every few months. The waiter and waitress are super friendly. The service is slow. The restaurant in the lobby is great. Both restaurants have a great menu. The lobby is so comfortable to relax and enjoy a conversation, read a book, do business, listen to their music or your own. A cute small store is in the lobby. The fitness center is better than Planet Fitness, Blink, LA Fitness or any gym you can think of. It's state of the art equipment on 2 floors. The showers are great. The pool area with cabanas to be closed for some privacy from the cabana next to you. The hot tub and sitting area with big tic tac toe game is nice and clean. I can't wait until the wine bar room open. I will DEFINITELY RETURN.
