Just okay, kind of noisy and very very dusty in apartments and indoor spaces in general. They're required by law to comply with tenant protections extended by the pandemic so I guess that's a good thing. Just wish I could breathe in my apartment, I clean and vacuum twice a week and it does nothing the dust is just infinite.

I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE. DO NOT LEASE HERE IF YOU OWN A CAR!!! TERRIBLE, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. My family has been unsuccessfully trying to resolve a parking issue for several months now. The parking issue started when Cody sent a confirmation that I had a parking stall. Turns out he did not follow through on his end and the parking stall is no longer available. I talked to managers Ben & Julia who are in charge of the leases there and have been put off multiple times. I got different answers from different management personnel & 3 months later, the issue remains unresolved... Edit: Their reply was to talk to the GM Ben for further assistance. We have been in contact with Ben who was not able to assist us. We asked to speak to his superiors but Ben declined to provide that information. Management of the Soto is seriously lacking and lacks any semblance of customer service.

Pretty horrible experience would be putting it lightly. From the start, the experience has been out of this world horrible. Management doesn’t go over the lease with you, and the management doesn’t seem to care much about their lease. I’ve complained several times about people breaking the lease , and nothing was done. I’ve also had multiple problems with my roommates , and they wouldn’t allow me to change rooms until May free-of-charge ( and I started complaining about issues with my roommates in October , which is like 7 months of no resolution). Hallways smell obnoxious, elevators are dirty, not a lot of events, space between doors is small (like I couldn’t open up the door all the way for doing laundry without hitting the wall), and much more. It’s so ridiculous to have this many problems and management seem to not really care at all .
