We asked SEVERAL times for more toilet paper.. for three hours. They told us to come pick up at the front desk instead of bringing to our door. We explained we are having a medical procedure done and can’t leave the room and she kept saying there was no one to bring it. Even when two hours ago someone was coming off from lunch and it would have been delivered at that point. Now, there is no one, they’ve all gone home. I’ve informed her it’s an emergency since they only supplied us with two half rolls and no spares. It’s ridiculous we have to beg for toilet paper. This is a Hilton hotel, correct? I’m confused. Had better one on one with maintenance at lower class hotels. Scary.

Stay away from this hotel. One of the worst experiences. Paid good money and expected the Hilton Honors experience, but not even close. There was black mold throughout the bedroom especially in the bathroom. Also, when my 11-year-old son took the towel off the hook in the bathroom, the hook fell off and landed on his head. The safe did not work, when we tried to call the front desk, we noticed the phones did not work either! I had to go to the front desk. Problem was, there is only one staff member working in the hotel, which I had to wait 20 minutes for her. When she did arrive, she said "the maintenance person does not work on the weekends, so we cannot fix your safe. Also, our phones aren't working right now either, so I don't know what to do" If the maintenance person does not work on the weekend, what would we do if we had some kind of plumbing or electrical issue in the room? Since the phones did not work, I had to literally walk down every day to the front desk to get the towels myself, since housekeeping does not clean the rooms during your stay unless you ask. How am I supposed to ask if our phones are not working??? Also, there was literally nobody at the front desk many times because the one staff was running around trying to run everything herself. The furniture (couch and leg rest) was ripped up. We couldn't even sit on it. Useless Breakfast eggs were green in color. Also food was constantly out. Just an overall horrible experience. If you're reading this, go to a Marriot or a another hotel.

My brother is I’ll and my sister and I came out from Indiana. The hotel was clean and staff very nice. Great location. Lot of stores and restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel was nice so we didn’t have to run and find something each day. At the end of our stay an Uber picked us up from the Hotel and was a short trip to the airport. Thanks!!
