They’re not really communicative with their job. Came in for an online order and the guy had ne clue if my order was done. He told me it’s not ready yet but the other associates says it is. Happened more than once

The worst customer service. My partner called the store around 6:55pm on 3/4/22 to see if a product was in stock and was met with the absolute worst customer service. The man that answered the phone, Graham, put him on hold, took him off hold pretended to not hear him and and just hung up. He called the store back and Graham answered again. My partner asked why Graham had hung up, to which Graham DENIED ever talking to him despite just speaking with him. Additionally, my partner told Graham that he could hear himself speak on the other end of the phone because Graham had said he hung up because "no one answered". Although, my partner could hear himself speaking on the phone from the speaker on the other end. This left Graham quiet because he clearly had no other excuse, instead he rudely said "Well what do you want", to which my partner explained he just wanted to see if an item was in stock and was hung up on again. Please get your employees some customer service training, otherwise don't shop here unless you want to deal with rude customer service.

Graham and the manager/boss (did not catch his name) on duty helped me troubleshoot my issue. It was either the battery, starter or alternator and after about 30 minutes (with my rambunctious 3 & 6 year old) I was on my way with a new, well priced battery (that Graham helped install using his own tools) feeling absolutely satisfied.

Have to wear a mask and stand behind box's at the counter that puts you approx 6' from cashiers
Actually, our return policy is for new returns, with a receipt (or otherwise able to verify the purchase in our system) and with original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Warranty returns vary from manufacturer.
