I ordered two heater hose connectors from Napa around June 14 some more and they said it be ready in 30 minutes but then I got a call back saying it wouldn’t be until tomorrow so I waited for an email telling telling me that the parts were in then went to pick them up from the store. The young man and senior lady seemed confused about the order then finally the lady went to find it then but only came back with one and. shrugged her shoulders, it wasn’t until he raised a stink about that It was supposed to be there that they went back and found the second one I think Napa needs to invest in a coffee machine to keep theirs employees awake as he looked like they were just waking up from a nap. Or teach him what the word enthusiasm is.

Picked up some wind shield wiper blades. Was the only store near me that had both sizes of blades i needed. Then, got a call from the store saying one size was not available but they made it good by giving the next step up items for the same price as the lower items i had originally ordered. Saved me $~15 and gave me better quality. Giving 4 stars due to the inventory issues between store and website.
