I get that It is hard to find help these days let alone good help , but seriously employee Cj needs to find another line of work that does not involve customers. First, smoking right in front of the front door must be against store policy. Second, seeing a customer pull in at a min before closing and growing your cigarette downn early and go in in order to lock door on customer even though there was still a min left before closing is a poor way to treat a long time customer. I would of taken less then 30 seconds but that was too much of an inconvenience I suppose. Rather he found it better to have me inconvenienced and drive down towards clackamas to the other location.. But wait there is more. I called the store to tell CJ what he did was bad customer service and explain my situation and instead of apologizing he doubled down and hung up on me.Hopefully You manager reads this and at the very least you get The new training on how to treat Customers. Unfortunately it’s a little too late I’ve already decided I was shopping at Auto zone

This store has the worst customer service than any parts store I’ve ever been. Five people behind the counter and no one acknowledged me standing in front of them. I’m finished. This store is very close to my home but for now on I’ll just drive the extra mile and give my business to O’Reillys.

Was picking up some wipers and also asked if someone could help me change a headlight. Employee came out to check under the hood and ultimately found that the wires were just loose and needed to be screwed back in. Super friendly and helpful service even though I didn’t actually need to purchase a bulb from them at all. Appreciate it!

I personally don't know much about cars, so anything related to car repair is always intimidating for me. I was able quickly get the help I needed to fix the light bulb for my car and get it installed. I offered a kind tip to the guy that helped me change the bulb and he refused to take the money. I definitely will be coming back to this location 💯
