After a frustrating experience with one of their competition, I tried out this O'Reilly's on a whim. I'm so glad I did! I was totally backward on what I needed (see previous frustration!) and there's no way I would have figured it out without Arnold's help. He not only helped me find the correct part, but even came out to my car, and explained WHY it was the right part...AND THEN he installed it for me. Seriously, they should pay this guy more. This has totally turned around my week, I got to learn about my car and my life can continue!! Thank you again, Arnold!!

Came and grabbed a bottle labeled "power steering fluid". Turns out my car needed a specific kind of fluid called Dexron that instead was labeled "transmission fluid". These guys caught me before making the wrong purchase. They looked up my car and found me the proper fluid. Straightforward, fast, and didn't feel they were trying to upsell me.

Super quality service! Do not go to autozone. They have goons that work there. This place is awesome and have the correct parts in stock just like online says. Better prices and their inventory is correct. Autozone doesn't have the parts in stock it says they do online and the goons don't know where they went. Go to O'Reilly auto parts 100% of the time from now on. I am a life long customer now and will never shop at an autozone again.
