Bought a Warn hand winch online for pickup. Got a call 10 minutes after placing my order saying it was ready to pickup. I was just about to take my lunch so I clocked off and head over to grab it. They are only 5 minutes from my work so it should have been easy!! I got there and was the only person in line, one person being helped at the counter, talking about their road trip, not parts or business. One employee on the the phone and two standing at a computer. Not one person acknowledged me. I waited 10 minutes, then left!! Right after I walked out and was ready to leave, I saw the guy at the counter leave. I was thinking, OK everyone was busy, maybe now that no customers are in the store I will be helped. I went back inside, and now 4 people behind the counter!! No customers!! No body acknowledged me standing there waiting staring at them passed off! They then got a phone call, they picked it, and began helping the phone customer. The other 3 huddled around 1 computer talking to each other. After 10 minutes I left again. I called on my drive back. My call was picked up very quickly. I was talking to Josh, he apologized and said they had lots of calls... as if I was not standing in their showroom for 20 minutes, seeing One call. I asked him to cancel my order. He tried to sell me on having it shipped! When I can't pick it up, why would I trust them to ship it?? He said he canceled my order, and it would be refunded when the card hold for the purchase was over 2-4 days. That's standard, so I was OK, and thought at least I am done with them! However Josh never did cancel my order, 2 days later I was charged for the purchase!! They are now refusing to answer emails. Do yourself a favor, stay away from these crooks.

Thank you to the entire 4wp team in Portland. I was going to order some items online but wanted to check availability prior to doing so. I spoke with Josh and he checked availability on everything I was looking for. He was able to match any online price I had been finding and had it all in stock. He set everything aside for me and when I came in James got me all set up in and out quickly. Can not wait to use my new Smitty Built Tent and Awning.

Unorganized, irresponsible liars, simply put. I dropped off my brand new 2022 Jeep Gladiator for a lift kit and wheels install. Appointment was scheduled at 9am, brought vehicle in with my own brand new 37s wheels and tires in the back of Jeep. After they did inspection of the vehicle, and never parked it inside the shop, I received a call 3h later saying someone stole your wheels. I had to drive back from Vancouver to pick up the jeep without them doing anything to it. They paid for new wheels and new tires but giving me fake dates on shipment arrival. Took 1 month to finally receive wheels and do the install. After install of lift and wheels, out of 4 rear control arms, 3 were loose which caused drive shaft and rear differential to move because the whole rear end is loose, plus TPMS light is ON. I had to park jeep at home and wait a week till they get me back in to fix their mass up. My door panel were dirty from techs in and out of jeep. They were not very apologetic for anything and gave me $300 discount which I'm thankful for but id rather have this not happen to me. They don't care for customers but say they do. I will never do business with them and tell others to stay away which is very sad but unless they change their management, employees, this will keep on happening. I understand people have flaws and make mistakes but own up to it. -1 STAR

Even though they didn't sell me anything, they helped me to understand the types of parts and services that I would likely need to resolve the issues on my truck. I appreciate that! I will remember that when it's time to upgrade and likely come here again. Thank you!
