Jose was the best customer service professional I have ever dealt with in my 63 years of living. Me and my wife came in, completely clueless about how to fix our A/C and he was very very helpful. He was patient, quick, and extremely knowledgeable. If you ever have any car troubles, go to this AutoZone and ask for Jose.

Excellent experience with staff. After assisting me to select the proper steering fluid for my classic car I also got help starting my classic car that had been sitting for some time. Pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Getting into the store was a bit challenging the first time because of the odd driveway design. The store was nice and clean with good lighting but their staff was great!

José at AutoZone was so helpful when I came in for replacement wiper blades. He looked up what I needed, made a recommendation based upon his own personal experience — or maybe a sales incentive … I don’t know and I don’t care ;) — then offered to install them. I was in and out in a flash. You can’t beat that!

TEDDY is your man! The battery in the car I was driving died and I called to ask if they sell the battery I needed. From the phone call, he was SUPER patient with me while guiding me to find where the battery was located in the vehicle, to telling him the numbers on the battery so he could figure out which one I needed. Once I got there, he tested my battery for me and then told me unfortunately they don’t do replacements in this type of car because you have to remove plastic panel that holds it in place. He brought us some tools to get us started and then came back out when he saw us struggling and ended up helping us take the dead battery out and install the new one. He helped us for over an hour! I am just SO impressed with his customer service and patience— he probably stayed way past his shift for us. He seriously went above and beyond and I am just amazed and definitely coming back to this AutoZone and making sure I see him for any help! Gratefully, Miranda R.
