Staff eager to help,and seem to get the customers exact needs without question. However a better discount system sure could be put in place, most discounts are for expensive or multiple purchases of one product

The customer service at the store needs a massive overhaul! I went to my local store and was told this location was the only one with a help! Section door handle in stock, I drove 40min one way rather than waiting 5+hours for an order delivery, so while there she arranged for the in store pickup and verified it's existence. I walked in to this store shortly after, handed the part and politely asked to warranty a door handle to start conversation and was immediately told by a " stand-in manager " she would not warranty the part because it was painted and damaged. I politely asked her how that made any sense for replacing a warranty part that was on my vehicle and she continued to make up excuses without even looking up my account. (She legitimately asked if I pulled the handle off my car as if that's not what would happen if it broke off) I asked for someone above her and no one was available. I continued the very unintelligent conversation for a few minutes more before telling her she wasn't very intelligent, then another male employee reinforced her decision of kicking me out of the store over a 20$ door handle. I then sat on the phone with Tammy from customer service corporate who then made me wait another hour for the assistant store manager to return and make a decision, to be told that "they were not comfortable doing their job". I went to another store to have it ordered and within 7 min I was in and out with a new warrantied door handle in hand. Maybe check your egos, clerks. As a veteran and long time customer I'm shocked you're still holding your jobs.

Very rude people, the guy the helps me looked very unhappy and annoyed.. they don't have any costumers service. Very disappointed of this store. They have no idea what's commercial account's .

Need a production year, make and model and engine size. Then a representative can help you. If it's not in the store it can be readily available the very next morning
