This is hands down the best apartment place and I am so happy that I moved in. This is a little high on my budget limit, but there was no way I could say no. It’s super close to the beach, everything is so nice and they keep up with the place so well. It looks like a resort. I love my place so much!

Residences at Paid City has a second to none location for the big box rentals. The amenities are above average. Parking is a breeze in the subterranean garage, and the fob key system keeps the building secure, yet easy enough for the tennants to get around. The pool, and 2 spas, cabanas, bbqs and the super tv is a good way to spend the weekend with friends, family, or meet the neighbors. During events, like big games, the pool area can get crowded so plan accordingly (1 guess per rentor). The gym is 24 hours, minus vid, and has every free weight and machine you could ever possibly need. The park is perfect to play fetch with your dog or let your child roam around the sum what playground; the coffee machine is a definite bonus. It's definitely a nice layout. Check out the possible would be future neighbors with common walls before locking into a lease; neighbors will make or break your enjoyability factor. (Specifically the neighbors staying at home for work; [beware]these people never leave their apartment.) R@PC will increase your rent the maximum during renew, best value to do the initial 15 month lease; they have been doing this to all of the residents I have spoken with. The decision will be hard, R@PC is a lovely place to live, just make sure your neighbors are not grumpy. Also, they will charge you extra, when you move out, no need to clean. On a side note;they want $260 for the 900 sq ft unit.

The residents as well as the leasing office and management is amazing. I can't say enough good things! It really feels like living in a community here where everyone knows each other and is there for each other. It is an ideal living situation for a transplant you will make so many friends! Not to mention the property is amazing, new and well kept.

I have never had anything but a great experience with everyone who works there. Reese, Lauren, Logan, as well as everyone else there. I especially want to mention Maher, who has shown nothing but absolute professionalism from day one!! He has gone above and beyond to make everything go as smoothly as possible with every interaction!! Thanks again!!

I've lived at two UDR properties. All of the UDR properties are similar in deposit requirements. It depends on your credit rating and can vary from $500-$1000 depending on the unit you are leasing and assuming good credit. Lower credit ratings require much larger deposits with UDR. They do run specials with lower deposits from time to time (eligibility also depending on your credit rating). The hefty deposits you see on other properties are typically private owners and/or rental agencies that represent private owners. I've gone that route before and it can be up to two month's rent as security deposit.
The Residence at Pacific City best of best 🤘It was worth every cent!
