My husband and I truly enjoyed living here for the past 5 years. This is a great place for couple. The maintenance staff is phenomenal. Everyone who works here truly cares about the residence. I want to thank Zettia especially she was able to get all of our questions and concerns answered. We had been though a few leasing staff in our years there and it shows she cares about the work she does and the residents.

Rude staff treating applicants and residents like sh.. cheating on people by advertising cheap unavailable units, Collect application fees and holding fees then reject for no reason and steal the money. I provided high income (5 times the rent), high credit score, I offered them paying the whole contract in advance and provided a grantor as well. They rejected and wrote the reason "fraudulent"

We went in to this nice apartment complex thinking everything was going to go kinda smooth. The manager Zettia or Zeta hides from the residents and makes you makes you wait until you leave. Clayton was the only guy who tried to help us to the best of his ability. Residents even told us to steer clear of this place that they can’t wait to move out. The only positive thing I’ve heard from residents is that maintenance takes requests efficiently and quickly. So that’s why they’re getting the star… Zeta basically just steals your holding fee and had us “locked in” at a rate and tried to bring it up around $300 on the day of move in… please stay away until they get a new management team…

I love the size and location of the complex. The neighbors are great and amenities are nice. However, it’s disappointing that the office staff does not send out proactive communication about events or important issues, such as the online Portal being down for 1.5 months. Residents are not told that they need to find new ways of paying their rent. Instead, they have to come to the office staff and now are frustrated about it. Then they find the staff has locked their office door during work hours and stopped answering calls. The only communication to residents was a printed letter left on everyone’s door on the day rent was due. Honestly - it would save the staff time & stress if they just communicated to the residents in advance. It’s not a big deal, we know tech issues can happen. Just communicate please. Residents deserve better than this. And the staff can do better. We also have homeless people that come in and sleep by the fire pit, by the pool and BBQ at night. If I call the security number, it takes about 2 hours for them to show up. I thought we had security, but apparently it’s not 24/7 or on the apartment grounds.
