Begged my spouse to move back here after spending years at another complex. It's been amazing since we've been back, over a year now. Just had our nest unit/AC go out and Tony was able to come in and did the BEST job fixing it. We thought it was just a battery issue but he mentioned that the dreaded e73 error message usually meant the drip pan was full and there was a clog in the drip line. He was 100% right and spent 20 minutes *meticulously* cleaning out the sludge (yuck!!), draining everything (ew!), and carefully putting everything back together (yay!), all while being the sweetest guy putting up with my clueless questions. He mentioned that Irvine company offers a lot of training for their maintenance employees and I can really tell. Literally every problem we've ever had in our apartment has been fixed quickly, cleanly, and kindly. Are there issues upon move-out with billing or inconsiderate people who don't clean up after their pets? Every apartment community has those. But you won't find a more beautiful, quiet, or air-conditioned (thanks, Tony!) place.

My girl locked herself out of the apartment while I was at work and was worried someone was inside because she heard some noises. Steve came to the rescue and showed up within minutes. Steve went above and beyond making sure there wasn’t anyone inside. He was friendly, polite and showed he truly cared about her safety. Thank you Steve. We truly appreciate you.

Update: Good complex overall, maintenance is usually quick, not always, but usually. Location is great. The reason for my three-star review: There is a disregard for Electric Vehicle Owners. There has been a broken charger for I would say at least 6 months now (conservatively). I have voiced this concern to management on numerous occasions. Not only in person twice, but also via email once too. Also via phone call once as well. If I come home anytime after 7pm, there is no way I am getting a spot to charge my car. They need to add more chargers. There has been a large increase in EV owning residents. This is a huge concern to me as it messes up my schedule by 45 minutes everyday since I have to go to the super-charger.

Our sink has been broken for a week. We sent two requests to have it fixed but no one was able to help. The third time we called for emergency maintenance and Steve came to help. He took the time to come to our unit, look at the damage, and go back to get the proper supplies. He was very clear when explaining what went wrong with our sink and, after clearing the sink pipes, even replaced our sink faucet! He’s a great handyman. We are so grateful he came to finally solve the problem after a week of not being able to use our sink. Thank you Steve!

Yes, there are 12 chargers at 3395. I don't know how many will be in the new building. The fee is 1.25/hour. NOTE you will be charged for all time your car is attached to the station, regardless of charging status.
Not at Park Place, but there is a court at LA Fitness. Other than that, there aren't any very close that I can think of (except at other apartment complexes).
