Got ripped off on first reservation and payed for another room and charged us twice. They were very unprofessional and rude I do not recommend this hotel.

Why can't all super 8 motels be like this one? I generally do not stay at super 8 because, well, you know why. But this one is real close to where I need to be and the ratings were pretty good. So I decided to give it a try. Glad I did! These front desk personnel are super friendly. My room was super clean with no mysterious odors or stains. Heater worked as it should. Wi-Fi was awesome. Lots of hot water in the shower. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Not sure what anyone else would need! I will certainly be back whenever I'm in the KC area needing a room for the night!

We had a jetted tub room that was super clean. Staff is awesome. The bathroom upstairs started leaking and we had to move rooms. Sarah, the manager, went out of her way to put us into the only other jetted tub room she had left. It didn't have a refrigerator or microwave so they moved ours to that room. This is the best super 8 I have ever been in. We will be back soon. Thank you Sarah for a wonderful weekend.
