Rude staff every time. Long wait in between ordering items off menu. It like they are bothered to help you even when there are no other customers there. Food is always cold.

I used to very much dislike going to this Arby's, but not anymore. The service is very quick, the food is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend, one of the best fast food joints in Gardner.

Ordered a French dip and got no sauce for it. Was asked if I wanted any sauces and asked for Arbus sauce. Got none. The brisket sandwich for me husband was not worth the price. And I wouldn’t be upset but how are you gonna give me a French dip sandwich without the dip? The sandwich in the pictures was $7 just for the sandwich and this is what it is.
