Placed an order for pick up, show up and they made the wrong pizza charged me FULL price and made me wait another 15 min. And they act like i should be ok with that. Refused ro give me the managers name and contact info. I will be letting EVERYONE i know in Gardner about this! Customer satisfaction, they do NOT care!

The Calzone that ordered was under cooked. The cheese was NOT melt on inside & the crust lightly DOUGHY. The spicy garlic wings was just SALTY! Not a garlic taste nor any type of a spicy taste. The store manager was very quick to tell me I never have to order from this store again. He was NOT concern the quality of the food uncooked and too salty. I am sorry I pick this restaurant! They did NOTHING to correct the mistake! I feel they repeated me off! If could I would give them a half star! This NOT what ACCEPTED to be delivered me from Gambino Pizza in Gardner, KS!
