As my last living grandparent passed away in February of this winter, her 5 children came from Seattle, Arlington (Texas) as well as locally in both Kansas and Missouri state 9 of us visited the Austin's Bar & Grill in Gardner, KS for lunch. I had the Aloha Chicken Sandwich, green beans and sweet potato tater tots for lunch that day. Nearly everyone else enjoyed their lunch that day in Gardner.

I’m an Austin’s fan and have always loved their food. I tried a new meal the burger of burgers and it was so big I couldn’t realistically enjoy all the flavors of each component. It was still good but it was $19! I mean we’re in Gardner yall this was so expensive! Anyways 4 stars because I thought it was overpriced in my opinion for a burger.

Very warm and cozy for a bar and grill. Got the chicken fried steak and it was amazing. The gravy was very good. I could have used it as a dipping sauce. Staff was very nice and quick to check on us and get us what we needed.

Im in town on business and as all know it's a hit and miss finding a good place when on the road. NOT THIS TIME! Austin's had a 20 minute wait, there was space at the bar so no problems. Nolan the Bar tender was absolutely amazing. The wings were great, the best I have had in a while.. But the service was absolutely amazing.. Don't waste your time looking for a place to eat and or drink when on the road.Austins is the place! Johnny on the spot.
