I would have given it 0 stars but that’s not possible. The staff was extremely rude. My group of 7 walked in an hour before the lobby closed and they kicked us out because they were “too busy”. Then I was flipped off by a worker who was running out of the lobby WITHOUT SHOES ON. Will not be returning under any circumstance.

Unfortunately this DQ has really seemed to have gone down hill lately. It takes forever to get service, and the looks of the product when you finally receive it are not great. It took me over half an hour to get through the drive through line last time; and waited over 3 minutes at the box just for someone to take my order.

Manager Amy is verbally abusive to staff in front of customers and leaves in the middle of a rush. She writes them up for her own mistakes/misunderstandings and is arrogant to staff and customers alike. They also don't pay fair wages and overwork their lowest paid employees. Don't support this business or its abusive practices. You can get better food/ice cream anywhere.

My experience with this place is horrible. It took several minutes in the drive through waiting on someone to take my order. There was a woman sticking her head out of the window looking at me and it looked like she was screaming at someone behind her. Once I placed my order 2 (ice creams) and paid, it took 9 minutes to get the first one. They looked at me and told me to have a good day like I didn’t order two!! I kindly told her I had another one and she asked me what did I order! Mind blown!!! The staff were dressed in business casual. Ladies wearing flats. Walking around talking to one another and casually looking at the order screen and proceeding to carry on doing whatever. I didn’t want to be a “Karen” and ask for the manager so I bit my tongue and waited. I am glad others get a good experience.
