The workers have attitudes. I pulled forward to pay and when I asked for my receipt the machine was down so I had to get it at the second window problem is the fact they asked me to pull forward (but were extremely rude asking if i really needed it....) so the could get it printed i waited 20 minutes on a receipt. This is ridiculous and I'm pretty sure the over charged me... I do not recommend this mcdonalds.

I put 3 stars but ultimately it's a mix of 1 to 5. There's a day shift of people who always get something wrong on your order but anytime you go they're welcoming and greet you either with a smile or ask little personalized questions that improve your day. The night shift is really good at accurate orders. Yesterday they gave me an iced coffee that wasn't mine and was asked to pull forward. They get me the right thing I ordered but completely forgot my happy meal that I was charged for.

Despite the order appearing correct on the screen, a hamburger that was supposed to be plain except for pickles, came with only ketchup on it, and a chicken sandwich that was supposed to have bo mayo, had it.

It's McDonald's, so you know, pretty consistent. I would like to give a shout out to the older gentleman that works the window in the mornings down there in Gardner. He wears up reddish Carhartt jacket a lot of times, at least when it's been cold. I appreciate his friendly demeanor and the fact that this McDonald's rarely messes up an order and moves the line along pretty quickly is a real plus. That usually says good things about the management as well as the staff.
