Self order station's? When were these poor customer service machines added?

They have been around for a few months now.They are completely useless the employees are not completely sure how to use them and they don't save you much if any time plus they will cost employees their jobs just like self checkouts

It took them 3 sandwiches from the kitchen to get the order right. I wish they would of just left it where ya ordered from the counter from an employee.
