Way to go Ms. Vanessa! I did my first DoorDash Delivery with RLS. I wasn't familiar with the process, so I called and spoke with Vanessa and she set the tone for a great experience for me as well as my clients. She created a wonderful basket that had my entire group asking "what company did that"! If the service for a complete stranger (not anymore) can be that spectacular, I can only imagine what it will be like when we meet in person. We sometimes forget the "small" businesses, but when you experience great customer service, you will go the extra mile, pay the extra $1 or $2, because you know you are getting more than just savings, you are getting respect and quality.
