No longer accepts orders through the app. Half the stalls are closed. Employees can never hear you and consistently mess up the order, in fact if there were one thing consistent about this place it's that your order will almost never be correct if you customize it in any way Update: We've recently started coming back occasionally. You can order through the app again. Stalls are still an issue but at least they are paying attention to the order customization now. Last two times we've gone and ordered a #1 no cheese, it's actually come with no cheese instead of the previous "Says no cheese, but we'll give it cheese anyways". Tentatively giving it 3 stars.

The burgers were drowing in mayo, we had asked for mustard. Fries were like ice, tater tots were to ok I called to called them and they would not answer!

I ordered two foot long "chili" cheese coney (hotdogs) and an order of fries to take home. Neither coney had enough chili to cover half of the hotdog and they were barely warm. The fries were cold and chewy as if they were sitting out for awhile although this was at 6:30 p.m., prime dinner time. I tried to call the restaurant but they didn't answer the phone. After 20 rings it disconnected, not even voice mail. I called the national customer service number. They took my complaint, said it would be forwarded to the restaurant and I should expect a phone call from the manager. Two days later I still haven't heard from anyone. I tried to call the local number and again it went unanswered. I wouldn't go here again if the food was free. **** Update after receiving the response from the company. I called the number as suggested. I went thru the same routine as I did when I called the national customer service as described above. I went thru the same routine, was told they would send the same message to the restaurant and was offered a buy one get one free. More waste of my time.

Really had hoped this sonic was turning things around. The last 3 times I’ve been food has been hot fresh and insanely good. Now they can’t get a simple cheeseburger corrected but are over cooking the tator tots again. The only time I thing I get good food anymore is in the morning during breakfast time. Ever since ownership switched a little over 7 years ago quality has gone downhill bad. You would think with all the competition around the store, management would strive better to have quality food and not overpriced overcooked food. Heck anymore I can go to McDonald’s to get more and have it cheaper and quality better. Also the automatic message about reaching out to the employee line…. Save it

No "Sorry?" No "We'll do better next time?" No "I don't know how we screwed up a one item order?" I guess you don't like customers that show up 2-4 times a month.
