This hotel has such a friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was great with many options. When visiting Gardner, this is where you will want to stay! Oh…and it’s pet friendly!

Our son/family live in Gardner and we have stayed here many times. It's the best hotel you will find, at this time, in Gardner. Having said that, this visit wasn't great. We are older thus getting a bit forgetful at times. My husband left a $225 pocket knife sitting on the desk in room 124. I called as soon as we discovered we didn't have it. I spoke with a woman on the phone on Tuesday who said she would log the loss for housekeeping and we would get a call. Wednesday, after no call ever came, I called back and spoke with Eric (Manager). He said he would call back and he did to tell me housekeeper said she never saw it. I explained to him that she/he had to have seen it IF the desk had been wiped clean! He tells me the hotel is not responsible for theft/loss and I can file a police report if I want. I asked for district manager. Eric tells me GM Trent Richardson is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed but he would give him a message to call me. It is now 2 days later and no phone call yet from Trent. It was probably too much to hope that somebody honest would turn it in but hope we did. The other issue we had was with water pressure. There is plenty if you have cold water on but very little with warm/hot. We ended up taking twice as long in the shower. We have never had that issue before. The shelf in the shower is so small that I had to remove my husbands soap/shampoo each time I showered. Rooms are clean but showing some wear.

This place was great! Staff, room, amenities all perfect. Love the comfy beds! We would stay here again & again.

Request a room on the front side of the hotel. The back of the hotel sits very close to the interstate, so you get noise from everything that passes by. Very noisy. Other than that it was clean and comfortable and most staff was considerate.
