I cannot recommend this realtor, their office organization is a mess. I signed a lease and when I called to pick up the keys, they told me they had never heard of me. When I called them asking for more information they didn't pick up for an hour, and when they did, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me. They had no unit for me, despite me applying and signing a lease online and signing up on their socials. They promised me a refund, which has never happened and I am filing a claim with my bank. These people owe me over $100. Do not rent here. These people will take your money and leave you hanging.

Had been to the office twice to get updates on my Rental application. They are going through management changes and there's a lot of misplacing stuff, not knowing about simple questions. But if you want to get something done here; talk to La'Tasha. She seemed like the only person i interacted with in the office front desk who genuinely cared and was professional in her dealings.

This is by fair the worst apartment I’ve stayed at. BEWARE. All these reviews are true. I’ve stayed here for 15 months. Maintenance SUCKS. Mail boxes have been broke since February, my mail has been stolen everyday for months. STILL BROKE. I’ve went without AC for a total of 5/6 months. My building was shot up, bullets in my front room where my 3 year old son was sleeping. They still have yet to patch holes. Someone busted out multiple car windows including mine a few times actually. The safety of the area is horrible. No security cameras. Literally nothing. Definitely not worth what they charge for rent at all. They also are so unorganized it’s sick. Don’t waste your times, Just save ya money 😂👏

The location is perfect. The buildings are (most of them) in pretty great shape. The office staff is polite and pleasant. The maintenance staff leave a lot to be desired, in ways of time. The work orders don't seem to have a priority to the staff. The general maintenance and landscaping leave a lot to be desired, such as having some. Last but not least the residents or occupants of the other apartments are rude, loud, and disrespectful. They listen to loud bass music at all times of day, leave trash in halls, outside of doors (inside and out), and just outside, plus they don't clean up after their animals.
