This is my first place and i can honestly say this is my best option. Although it’s not much around, but you’ll love the friendly neighbors & the quiet neighborhood. Let’s not forget about maintenance in less than 3 hours of putting in a request maintenance came so fast & i was blown away.

I lived here from June 2018-Feb 2022. Living in the apartment was fine. The were responsive to maintenance issue. My biggest issue is the move out process. Each time someone moves out they automatically change the carpet. I have seen it done and that is what Inga told me when I moved in. So when I moved out they charged me for changing carpet that they would change anyway. I moved out in February. They did not take responsibility for the gas bill until March 31. I was charge for the gas bill. I contacted them multiple times about it. Even came to the office and spoke with Inga in person. Her response “I can’t get them on the phone. It takes forever.” Which has nothing to do with the fact that it is May and they have yet to correct the issue. And they give you “7 days” to pay a move out balance or it goes to collections? How when collections should not start until 30 days have past. The move out process is awful and will make you forget the decent time you spent at the living there.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this apartment complex. Within the first seven days of my lease, a pipe busted in the bathroom and water flowed through out the entire apartment. The complex also did not respond to the emergency maintenance request after business hours. The office manager Regina and assistant Inga are THE WORST office staff I have ever encountered. Once my rent was 6 days past due Regina, The office manager, called my job to pass the message on the my boss that rent was late. But did not attempt to leave a notice on my door. Very unprofessional. The units are outdated and need renovating. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

No issues at all lived here 1 yr 9 months actually sad to be leaving 😢 but I’m relocating! When I put in work orders they are taken care of right away! No issues with neighbors! Free carport parking. I stayed in the 3 bedroom duplex which are super nice with lots of room. Nice quiet neighborhood, and professional office staff! Best experience so far and I’ve lived several places.

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.
Resident speaking: the rent cost covers only water in this case. You get a separate bill from Evergy for electric.
