I waited on hold for 30 minutes, 2 DAYS IN A ROW!!!!!!! I was just trying to find the cost of a antibiotic RX, in for dental work. I got so fed up, I called another location and apparently none of the information on my RX, was keyed in after a week of it being clalled in ...As a former cancer patient, this is absolutely unacceptable that staff makes people wait a hr just to check status, cost, ect on prescription. I do want to applaud a pharmacist nearby at a CVS, that went out of his way to the moon and back trying to figure it out.

Never in my life have I wanted or needed to post a review of a place, good or bad. This was the worst encounter I have ever had. I had a covid test appointment at 5:15 and I arrived on time. I waited for 30 minutes until someone started speaking with me. Once the lady started talking to me she kept leaving me waiting for 20 minutes at a time not informing me of what was happening or what was wrong. It took her an hour and a half and she still couldn’t figure anything out and we had to leave without a test. I had all of my information filled out but she for some reason said she had to fill it out again. She said she has never worked in that part of the area so why was she there there were other workers because I saw them.

Every time I call needing to speak to someone, I am consistently on hold for 40+ minutes waiting for someone to pick up. One time I waited that long and they hung up and didn't call back.. Waited in the drive through with 5 cars in front of me for 45 minutes one day. Starting to think I need a new pharmacy.
