Pharmacy staff let me know how expensive my prescription was going to be (way more than I expected!) and then came up with a way to get it at a lower price in a different format. I really appreciated their problem solving to help me out. Also appreciated that their vaccine appointments were right on time. Will be switching to this location in the future.

Took forever to fill a prescription that’s was literally a topical cream. Told me to come pick up prescription. I live 5 minutes away; when I arrived the pharmacy was closed at 1:30. Ridiculous. Will go to a different location next time I need a medication filled. Customer service is terrible sat outside the pharmacy for an hour. Sounded like a loud awesome party in the back and not much eating for a “lunch break”. Definitely won’t come back. Store is filthy and looks like something out of down town Kansas City.

Most of the staff is rude and their food is out of date. Bought bagged popcorn that had expired several months ago. Sucks when their prices are already higher than most places and who wants to go up there and return popcorn? Nobody and they know that lol.

So, Walgreens, please help me understand why my local store is falling behind in presentation, & cleanliness?!?! …

135th and Antioch doesn’t really deliver. They have a delivery program through Fedex that you can sign up for. There is a delivery fee of $5.00 for every delivery and if you have multiple prescriptions and they don’t all make it on the same order you do have to pay an additional $5.00 for each package.
yes
There is a separate tab for pharmacy hours when you click on the store hours and it says that the pharmacy hours are 10am-6pm on Sunday. Those are only the store hours on the first tab.
You will get a call with every update on the status of your prescription. And if you have more than one script being filled you will get notified for each individual prescription. Not all Walgreens deliver personally. But there is a delivery program you can sign up for that uses Fedex. There is a fee of $5.00 for each package that is sent. And if no all of your scripts make it on one order you will have to pay that $5.00 fee for each order that is placed. And Walgreens does check everyone’s address for HIPPA purposes that doesn’t exactly mean that they are verifying it for delivery.
