The employees are awesome but BOA corporate needs to change the hours. Everyone that needs to deposit, cash checks works for a living therefore they need to be open better hours than 4 o’clock. Absolutely ridiculous.

This bank is Horrible. They charge to cash checks when is clear the person who wrote you the check has an account. They park their cars in the drive thru. Who does that! They should have a sign that the ATM is the only thing open. I had to go inside. Most banks have drive thru so people don't have to go inside w Covid restrictions ! So glad I don't bank here.

Extremely incompetent! I went there to verify my residency docs (BoA requires these for individuals from sanctioned countries). Their new employee, with her supervisor, got all my docs and updated my info and told me that everything is ok. Couple of days later, i got a message from the bank that i need to go to a financial center again because the agents hadn't made copies of my docs! They even locked my debit card 😡😠😠!

Banked at this location for many years and left when they closed the drive through and changed their hours to close at 4pm. Who the F thinks your going to make customers happy closing at 4. Very glad to be banking at Bank of Blue Valley now. They stay open late.
