Banking with Commerce on 95th/Antioch has been the best banking experience in my life. I have been with Commerce for the past 10 years and have no complaints!!!!

Have been banking with them for years, making weekly (sometimes daily) business deposits, since their branch on 87th has closed, we have been coming to this one. Although we recognized some faces, the vast majority of people who seemingly work here are not from 87th. Poor customer service, couple that with a new wave of fees for just about everything under the sun. Closing this account along with our personal, good riddance!

The lobby is open, but you have to call when you arrive for someone to let you in. Their interest rates are low so we didn’t open a new account, but Jill was nice very helpful in getting us information and updating information on an old account since we recently moved.

I went to the branch at 9501 Antioch Road Overland Park, KS 66212 on July 25th. Tried to make a deposit and was told that part of the deposit could not be completed due to a policy. I asked for clarification of the policy and was told "I didn't need it explained to me and that I just needed to deal with it". Heather the Branch Manager is rude, and lacks people skills. I then asked for her bosses information, stepped out to the lobby and left her boss a voice mail. I decided to wait for a call back. While waiting a bank employee asked if I needed help. I responded Yes, but that Heather was unwilling to help me. Heather then proceeded to tell me she could close my account if she so desired and asked me to leave. She stated that I was intimidating the customers, which was untrue. I stood silently watching the TV in the lobby. I advised her I would not be leaving since I still had a deposit to make. She called the cops on me. I did not threaten, intimidate, or curse at anyone. I was told by the cops that I am not welcome back in the bank. Her boss never called me back. I was able to speak to Ann at corporate. She did nothing about the situation and told me that "They had decided to do nothing, and that I would not be receiving an apology. You are not allowed to use that Branch anymore." They did nothing. That is not how you treat a customer. Your motto is Ask, Listen, Solve Commerce. Your motto and policies are worthless if you don't back them up.
