This is the worst healthcare experience I have had in this country. They put drops in my eye and when asking if it was safe to drive said "yes, just wear sunglasses". This is definitely not the case and a huge liability. Dangerous. They seemed surprised when I said nobody had told me before hand of the long wait times. If you are aware that the doctors always run a few hours late A) why not let patients know, or B) if you know your doctors are slow don't overbook them in the first place, or C) get doctors who are competent at time management. Everything wrong about US healthcare in one lousy establishment.

This is the most horrible, unprofessional, condescending, rude UCLA DEPT I’ve ever encountered. Literally only one person was kind and sensitive to our needs. Their scheduling DEPT is useless starting with Eva and manager Chris. Both myself and doctor left messages for almost 3 months after signing surgery consent and not one person returned my calls or responded to doctors request until I called patient affairs and advised I was going to put in formal complaint to county and medical board. Never an apology to my dad and they acted so nonchalantly about the whole issue like they can’t be bothered. Horrible experience and never again. Opthomologist dept at UCLA is the worst. Even receptionist feels entitled and as rude as the rest. Not sure how long this has been going on and why UCLA still let’s it happen

They ARE the best! With employees like Laura...who love their work, it collectively shows in the well deserved ranking. Right on time with appointments...well organized and well managed Departments by Chief-of-Staff's like Dr. Anthony Arnold. Los Angeles is blessed to have this world renowned facility in our "back yard." On my top 10 list-Health Care.

I have been lucky enough for them to accept my insurance and then invited into a study...so I have see fee for services and the free services. Both Excellent! I love this place despite that it is 26 miles away from my house and intend to come here after my study is over...kudos & proper respect to Ms. Johiro, RN, (and many more certifications) for being so sweet...she makes you want to come back every six months or more. She really makes this place run fast. I recommend this place with gladness and joy!

You can rest assured, because they are professionals when it come to diagnosis for the eyes...Dr Noradove and team are the best...and the staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable ...they are the best..
I'm not sure but give them a call & find out
Depends on the dr and the division/specialty
I don't know what you're trying to ask. My friend had great success with her cataract surgery and I only drove her to the Stein building and back home. Good luck!
Yes they are, but you better call before going in
Absolutely not. However during your consultation they will evaluate for cataracts. If they are visually significant, surgery for those may be a better option

As i know most doctors and medical places shouldnt release your records without your consent. To be sure you can call your drs office to confirm with them. Also per the medical records forms you wouldve signed when initially seen, your response would be on there too.
