This is the worst pharmacy I ever had a presentation from. I tried to call the store and all I got was an automated system that put me on hold. After 43 minutes waiting I finally hung up. I keep getting emails about a presentation that I no longer have and just want it to stop these emails.

The staff definitely have their days when they are much more customer service oriented and friendly, but who doesn't? I have seen quite a few people reviewing this store talking about the pharmacy not being 24hrs even though "everywhere says it's 24hrs". That however is absolutely incorrect. On Google, it separates the store, the pharmacy and the minute clinic. You just have to press on the hours and it opens the ability to see the different hours BY WHICH SERVICE YOU NEED. All you have to do is actually look. Secondly, they also say the cvs website ALSO says it is a 24hr pharmacy. This is also incorrect because the company website also separates the pharmacy hours from the store hours under the store address you are looking at. Stop blaming the company for your poor attention to detail! As far as customer service, most of the employees try their best although some are much less friendly on occasion. But again, what person never has a stressful/bad day? Give retail employees in general a break.

I have always used this pharmacy, they have never let me down. I love that the pharmacists get to know their customers. I will say that some of the newer pharmacy techs are not trained the best and let stress affect how they treat customers when the line gets long.
