Such a dirty place always out of power bagels and the staff isn't friendly. Why is this place still in business

The bagels were dried out and hard to chew and had very little filling....what has happened?? And bring back the potato bagel....so good...soft and oh so yummy with garden veggie cream cheese

Never had a bad experience here at this location. Also just recently discovered their Iced Caramel Macchiato and its wonderful! So much better than "that guy" down the street

They do not, although from store to store they do carry flavored creamers. Einstein bros does serve caribou brand coffee and it has never disappointed. Each location varies, but the college and Antioch store for sure doesn't. P.s. look across the street if einstein doesn't carry what you'd prefer.
