They are covid safe. Everyone complies with current mask rules.

I have been waiting for 4 months for the bed what I bought, and I still have no idea when it will arrive. What a lack of respect. I never buy anything at CYTU FURNITURE anymore.

They are barbarians! very irresponsible indeed. And there is no way to communicate with them. Terrible customer service! Buy a sectional sofa for shipping to the Dominican Republic in February. In April I received 2 pieces of it, that is, incomplete) and yesterday (June 20) I received the missing part and it was not that. I had to pay the transportation, US$400, for something that is of no use to me. I wrote email and they do not answer or take calls. They did the same thing to my daughter too. I will NOT buy anything from City Furniture again.
