While living here it wasn't bad, but the move out was the worst experience I have ever gone through. Towards the end of our lease we got notified we needed to come in to either renew or put in our 60 days. We signed them a little under 60 days due to us both working and we had to both be present to sign the papers. So everything was fine when we went in and we met with Aaron and he said that our last day was the 29th of August. He never told us that we had to pay 9 days for September because we didn't get in before the 60 days. Even thought I notified them by the 60 days that we weren't going to be staying. The only thing we had to do was sign for it, so they were aware before the 60 days. Aaron and the staff also did not tell us what the month to month rate was. They sent the paper back and switched the date we had signed. We paid $1270 for rent and THEY signed and dated that we were ok with paying $2,212 for the month to month rate for 9 days.We never said ok to that and were never aware that that was the month to month. So it was over $700 for 9 days. I also had to pull teeth to get the money credited for one of my emotional support animals. They told me they couldn't deduct the payment for one them since they helped me with the same disability. I was under the impression they weren't allowed to ask for documentation or ask how an animal provides you support for a disability. I seen a doctor and did all the proper things for them to both be emotional support animals. So I do feel as if I was discriminated with my disability.

Recently moved out and received a large move out fee bill. When I asked for evidence to support that what they were charging me for was because of our short time living there and not the previous tenant they could not provide me anything. Management was unresponsive and it took me two weeks and multiple emails to get them to send over anything. During this time I was still receiving emails from them stating if I didn’t pay in 30 days I would get sent to collections. When I did get in contact with them the story kept changing conveniently to fit their narrative. During my time living there we were threatened to be charged multiple times for things that we did not do. Seems as though they were wanting to take advantage of a younger couple. Would not recommend moving here. The apartment was not clean upon move in and we constantly were dealing with bug issues on our own yet being charged for pest control that came out twice and made the problem worse.

I lived at Adara for roughly 3 years and recently moved out into a new home but had a positive experience while here. The amenities are nice and the complex is well maintained compared to others in the area. The front office staff has always been friendly and the maintenance staff has always been quick and helpful when you need them.
