Absolutely terrible the Vape that I got was very restricted with airflow and the guy literally argued with me saying that it was fine and made Side remarks to his coworker i’m spending my money at your shop you need to do your job correct

When I came in, the employee was helping another customer who has been given wrong parts for her tanks. He helped her get all the pieces she needed. He apologized for not great customer service, but I think it was exceptional. I was able to browse and figure out what I want. He got my whole order ready quickly once he was done with the other customer. P.S. 4 stars because I don't give normally give 5 stars

Super frustrated. He sold me a Voopoo Panda two months ago but has yet to restock on chambers. I've purchased 5 or 6 of them and each time I did I asked him when he was getting more. Now he's been out of them for two weeks and still doesn't have replacements. I've also since found that no other shops sell this and stopped a long time ago because of the leaking problem. He's always been very nice but it seems like he just dumped a known defective product on me.

My old Aegis stopped working after a year of use. I wanted to buy the same style because of the protective rubber base. The owner of the shop found one for me and warned me about the upcoming BS State of Washington was trying to pull on the vaping community. The price was ok but the customer service was so good it off set the price.
